Hi folks,
If a course is 6,500 yards that is 19,500 feet or a little over 3 and a half miles.
That's if, you hit the ball straight!
Now who does that except a few gifted, hard working players.
For most of us it is more like five or six miles of zig-zagging.
We love it! We curse it!
Golf is fun. I personally like playing with fun, interesting partners, who observe the "Rules of Golf", and are quiet when you are hitting....
I enjoy the chatter and jokes...Golf is supposed to be fun, not a job!
My own theory is that if you stink when you started....you stink when you finish.
Life is short so have some fun!
